Taylor Gillis studied Graphic Design and Photography at the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY. In 2004 he opened his own Graphic Design studio, where he created work for a variety of clients in the Albany area as well as internationally. However, when he wasn't working, he was making photographs. By the end of 2006 he left his design business and began devoting his full time and energy to making art.
